When I think back to my first food memories, my Grandmothers loom large. Eggs scrambled in bacon fat, chicken and dumplings, the smell of shrimp boiling. These dishes, and so many more, were prepared with love. As I began to cook on my own, I realized that this was one of the  most important ingredients in the kitchen. To give love, to care for, to nourish - these are the  reasons I continue to work in the kitchen. For the 35 years that I have been doing this, the pleasure that comes from sending out my best cannot be matched. I am a cook looking to feed a community one comforting dish after another. All Favorites Cafe will do just that. We are looking to be an integral part of peoples lives when they want to leave their own kitchen and visit ours.
